Neotame to improve piglet performance effectiveness test

 First, test information

 Testing agency: Ministry of agriculture, feedstuff and safety supervision and Testing Center

 Animal experiment: weaning piglets, 216, were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 6 replicates of each repeat 6

 The test group of effective components: 10, 20, dosage of 30, 40, 50mg/kg

 Control group: 0.0mg/kg

 Objective: to improve the ADG and feed intake, improve the production performance of weaned piglets.

 Measurements: to start test (0d), middle (22d) and the end (35d) of pigs were weighed and feed consumption records of settlement, death. Calculate the average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG), feed consumption enhancement ratio (F:G), mortality.

 Three, test conclusion:

 1, in the early period of the experiment (0 ~ 22d), except the ADFI neotame of 50mg / kg group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), other group production performance index and control group than the difference was not significant (P > 0.05), but the group of 20 to 30 mg / kg of neotame, ADG and ADFI was the highest (second, P < 0.05).

 Note: the above conclusion that in the previous experiment, effects of neotame on production performance of weaned piglets and control group almost, not than in the control group did not show the effectiveness, because animals experience of various stress factors: a.. Changes in diet: by the original milk, feed, dietary changes and need to be a process of adaptation; B. environment changes: turn by the original delivery room for pig housing; C. the pigs, change: from the original nest, now in accordance with the requirements of packet, chaotic group the need to a new partner. So in the early to stress change stage, did not show obvious effectiveness, but 20 to 30mg / kg of neotame group has shown effective trend.

 2, late (23 ~ 35d) 30mg/kg neotame group were ADG and 20 ~ 30mg/kg neotame group of ADFI was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05);

 3, the whole period (0 ~ 35d) in the group of 20 to 30 mg / kg of neotame ADFI was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05); 30 mg / kg of neotame group of ADG was the highest (second, P < 0.05);

 4, add the feed weight ratio decreased neotame group, mortality was significantly reduced and even avoided.

 Neotame, 5 piglets recommended adding amount was 20 ~ 30mg/kg.
